Welcome to the Eclipse Support Center

run by Poznań University of Technology in partnership with IBM.

The main purpose of this center is to provide elite Eclipse support to IBM customers from all around the world. The center is a part of the IBM Rational WorldWide Support, spread along different locations and timezones to deliver top notch support. We are unique in delivering Eclipse-related support within entire IBM.

Our office delivers level 2/3 Eclipse support, which means that we perform problem analysis for the issues filed by our customers and also develop solutions for the Eclipse-related problems. We give support and provide patches for IBM's customers. We also give lectures and evangelise Eclipse.

We are tightly connected with the Institute of Computing Science at Poznań University of Technology. Cooperation with academic environment is a way to keep our strong knowledge background as well as keep track of what is emerging in the field of computer science.

One of our Center's main goals is constant growth. We just want to be better at what we do every day!
